  • I RECEIVED A WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM?

We're very sorry you have received a wrong or faulty item in your order.

Please contact our customer service team her to organize the return for a full refund.

  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original item, excluding the original cost of shipping, according to our returns policy.

  • I RETURNED AN ITEM. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
